Neshat Adab is the Marketing Director at EverSmiles. Neshat has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran.

Upon graduation, she started working as an IT Expert at Karafarin Bank in Tehran, Iran. Because of her commitment and work integrity, she became the Supervisor of IT Department of the Bank only after a year and after a few years she became IT Education Manager and was responsible for staff training and IT developments of the bank.

She was Also the Office Manager of a Private Office in Iran and was responsible for employees of the office, coordinating of all meetings and events of the office, all the Charitable works and was also a Financial Assistant. She later persuaded her passion in social activities and joined a non-profit organization with a focus on cultural activity in Kurdistan of Iran, where her roots are. She dedicated her time to work with women who had dependents and were financially disadvantaged, as well as children who didn't have enough facilities for education.

Since her immigration to Toronto, Neshat got the chance to get to know Lotus Wonders, a social enterprise that would invest in women and at the same time, be a force for social change. She decided to fulfill her personal desire by volunteering as a member of this family..
